These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between The Sunday Soirée (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and event attendees (referred to as “you” or “patrons”). By attending any Sunday Soirée event, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Consent for Content Development
By attending, you consent to being photographed and recorded by our in-house teams for non-commercial purposes. You also reserve the right to refuse to have your photographs/videos taken or published by our team. - Media Equipment
Professional content creation equipment is not allowed unless you have a media pass. - Security and Liability
Despite the provision of perimeter security, The Sunday Soirée is not liable for any loss or damage. Perimeter security will be provided for parking areas. though parking is at owners risk. - Prohibited Items
Do not bring any outside food, drinks, pets, hazardous materials or firearms, these are strictly prohibited. - Right of Admission
We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. - Ticketing
Tickets will not be sold at the door. All tickets must be purchased online at kwenda.co. - Music Requests
The Sunday Soirée is a carefully curated experience, including the music played at our events. Please refrain from requesting songs from the DJs. - Punctuality
Always keep time! The Sunday Soirée will not be held liable or provide refunds to anyone who misses their paid experiences due to lateness.
